Any student will tell you that making the loan last all summer is a major struggle and even with a full time summer job I have been poor AF these past few months – hence not many hauls.
However, with my teacher training year approaching and my working in a school as a proper teacher imminent I decided to pool the pennies and buy a few stationary and clothing items to help get me off to a good start. Needless to say – this is a budget haul!
Pineapple Notebook – Sainsburys £4
Flamingo Notebook – Sainsburys £3
How cute are these? I bought two, lined notebooks as I’ll be doing two main courses in my first term and I like to keep things separate. I always find that I’m more motivated to get work done and make neat notes when I have lovely stationary to write them in! Am I alone here?! I don’t think so..
Black jumper dress – Primark £12
Black & white print trousers – Primark £11
Baby pink knit jumper – Primark £10
These 3 items will make a great addition to easy, professional outfits that I can wear to school in Autumn and Winter. The trousers are a particular fave, they are a really unusual print and the material is kind of stretchy and very comfy.
I wish I could have bought more they are some lovely autumn colours in at the moment but I guess I’ll have to wait for September loan drop before my next shopping trip! Can’t wait to start my course on Friday. No idea which outfit to wear though!
